This role focuses on application security, identity and access management, compliance, governance, and operational support within a complex enterprise ecosystem.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ERP security administration, role-based access controls, segregation of duties, security auditing, identity management, and enterprise application support. This position requires a highly analytical professional who can collaborate across technical and business teams while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices., * 10+ years supporting large enterprise application environments. * 10+ years of experience in IT security and security control practices. * 10+ years supporting enterprise ERP systems and related business applications. * Experience creating and managing strategic technology roadmaps. * Experience delivering executive-level presentations and communications. * Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), data integration, and data quality methodologies. * Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM or HCM 9.2, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQL, PS Query, SQR, Application Engine, and Oracle databases. * Experience supporting enterprise application deployments, production support, and multi-agency environments. * Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and service desk operations. * Experience overseeing managed service providers. * Experience implementing and managing Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls in multi-tenant applications. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
