 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
 * Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
 * Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems
 * Provide training and support to staff on new technology and software
 * Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
 * Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
 * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
