## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst or ERP Finance Functional Consultant.
 * Demonstrable hands-on ERP configuration experience - essential.
 * Strong understanding of core Finance and Treasury processes.
 * Experience gathering requirements from senior stakeholders and translating them into functional ERP solutions.
 * Proven experience with As-Is/To-Be process mapping, fit-gap analysis and system design.
 * Experience delivering ERP implementations or finance transformation programmes.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Strong Treasury knowledge, including cash management, banking and intercompany transactions.
 * Experience supporting M&A activity, post-acquisition integrations or finance system consolidation.
 * Experience working in complex, multi-entity or international organisations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Finance Business Analyst to support a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation, with a particular focus on Finance and Treasury processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyse existing processes, design future-state solutions and support the configuration and implementation of the ERP system.

This is not a general Business Analyst position. We require someone who combines strong business analysis capabilities with practical ERP implementation and configuration experience.

Previous D365 F&O experience would be highly advantageous, although candidates with strong implementation and configuration experience across other major ERP platforms will also be considered., * Engage with senior Finance and Treasury stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.

 * Conduct As-Is/To-Be process mapping, fit-gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
 * Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and ERP configurations.
 * Take a hands-on role in configuring Finance and Treasury functionality within the ERP system.
 * Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions.
 * Support system testing, UAT, data migration and implementation activities.
 * Support the integration and standardisation of financial systems and processes across business entities, including newly acquired businesses.
