Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree and 15 years of related experience.

 * Strong communication and client engagement skills.
 * Proven experience in briefing senior-level executives and director-level staff.
 * A certification in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
 * Comprehensive understanding of OCM methodologies and frameworks, such as Lewin's Change Model, Prosci ADKAR Framework, with the capability to apply OCM methodologies.
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.

## Description

SAIC is seeking a Organizational Change Management Lead to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC/AO) Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner (CTBIP) contract. This position will provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory/strategy and implementation services., * Lead the organizational change strategy and related activities for the program Cloud Transformation Initiative.

 * Support the effective adoption of new technologies and business processes across the judiciary.
 * Assist AOUSC in engaging stakeholders, managing resistance to change, and fostering a culture of change readiness.
 * Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth transitions to new systems and processes.
 * Collaborate with leadership to align organizational change efforts with strategic goals.
