## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Experience: 3-5 years in a related role.

 * Education Requirement: IT Certification or Associates/Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
 * Technical Expertise: High-level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications such as Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
 * Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally.

## Description

* Be the first point of contact for technical assistance. Resolve daily computer/network/printer/software/etc. issues for Enwork employees.
 * System Updates - roll out updates that require individually touching all computers/printers/etc.
 * New equipment/workstation moves - Install equipment for new employees and manufacturing needs.
 * Preventative Maintenance - conduct cleaning and other activities to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
 * Infrastructure - Assist with network cabling, wireless management, camera deployment and deployed switch management (cleaning, documenting, etc).
 * System audits - utilize software to document installed software on PCs, to insure we are managing required licensing and that non-approved software that could affect business operations is not in use.
