This role is responsible for ensuring continuous network operation and optimal performance and plays a key part in maintaining SLA compliance and incident response. Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. This positions hours will be fully overnight, (9PM - 6AM), Sunday - Thursday. Please do not apply if you cannot work the hours needed.
