JOB PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITY: Incumbent performs management duties and technical work associated with the production data and voice network for the district. This position is responsible for the network planning, project management, technical recommendations, and executive briefings to management. This position requires combining network design skills with business knowledge and should demonstrate strong technical expertise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, that promote a culture of respect..
