Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in manufacturing, warehouse automation, or industrial services environments. * Prior experience in M&A, carve-out, or TSA exit Salesforce migration. * Familiarity with Conga document generation and DemandBase account intelligence. * Experience with Oracle EBS integration patterns (order-to-cash, customer master, billing). * Platform Owner certification or Salesforce CPQ experience. Work Environment This is primarily a desk-based role, requiring extended periods of sitting and computer use. While the role is mainly desk-based, mobility within the office, manufacturing facility and customer sites may be required for meetings and interactions with colleagues. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Ability to traverse office, manufacturing facility and customer sites. ## Description The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the design, configuration, and ongoing administration of Trew's enterprise Salesforce environment. This role is critical to the company's growth strategy: the incumbent will lead the net-new Salesforce org standup required to separate from the seller's shared Salesforce instance, execute data migration from the legacy environment, and establish Trew's consolidated CRM platform supporting Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Support Services (LSS), and Customer Experience operations.
