 * Solid understanding of the Android platform: its strengths, limitations and trade-offs
 * Experience working on large-scale production apps with millions of daily active users
 * Strong ownership. You take problems from idea to release and see them through

 * Clear communicator who can explain trade-offs and decisions to engineers, designers and product partners

 * Obsess over every pixel, animation, and interaction, ensuring the experience feels magical and seamless
 * Build blazing-fast, highly performant systems where every millisecond counts
 * Drive technical and product decisions, collaborating with designers, backend, iOS, and web engineers
 * Own the quality of the products you build - including running a/b tests, finding issues, and proactively making improvements
 * Be proactive in finding ways to improve the app - from user feedback and from your own daily experience on the app
