## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, Applicants should possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. They must be detail-oriented, be able to work on varying tasks simultaneously and problem-solve. Knowledge of MS Operating systems, SQL servers and queries is required. Minimum job requirements include a computer related associate's degree and/or equivalent IT work experience, possession of a valid PA Driver's License, successful completion of a background check, physical and drug screen.

## Description

The North Wales Water Authority (NWWA) is currently accepting applications for a full-time position of Helpdesk/Desktop Support in our IT Department. Various technical duties and skills are required, including but not limited to performing basic network troubleshooting, preparing new hardware and software for installation, monitoring our support ticket queue and other computer related duties, as assigned.
