## Description

* Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities using modern frameworks and RESTful web services.
 * Integrate advanced agentic AI workflows to accelerate multi-file feature implementation, code refactoring, and automated testing.
 * Serve as a technical lead and mentor, guiding engineering teams through Agile development cycles.
 * Build scalable solutions across Linux, cloud infrastructures, and distributed database systems., * Design, develop, and deploy robust microservices and enterprise APIs utilizing Java and the Spring framework.
 * Integrate cutting-edge AI coding agents into daily workflows to automate complex code generation, refactoring, and testing.
 * Manage context across multi-repository application architectures and audit generated code for security and architectural alignment.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for engineering team members.
 * Utilize configuration management and build automation tools such as Git, Maven, and Nexus.
 * Operate in an Agile environment leveraging Linux, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and databases such as MongoDB and Elasticsearch.

Telework:
This position supports a hybrid work arrangement, averaging two days per week on-site in San Antonio.
