## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or related field
 * Master's degree preferred

Experience Requirements

 * 5+ years of professional or academic MATLAB/Simulink modeling experience
 * Experience developing, compiling, and debugging MATLAB scripts, S-Functions, and complex Simulink models
 * Experience with Stateflow, unit testing, integration testing, and software validation
 * ADAS experience involving Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Systems, Lane Keeping, Lane Centering, or similar features
 * Knowledge of software requirements, FMEA, and functional safety analysis
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

 * 7+ years of MATLAB/Simulink experience
 * C/C++, Python, or additional software development experience
 * Computer vision, radar tracking, Kalman filtering, vehicle dynamics, or control systems knowledge
 * Experience with embedded hardware/software, ADAS validation, and release management
 * AI/ML development tools or model experience
