## Description

We are seeking an dynamic, detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist /Office Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide technical support to staff, maintain office technology resources, and assist with administrative and data management tasks.

 * Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
 * Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, Teams, Outlook, Smartsheet and the agencies electronic health records.
 * Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, proofreading documents and assisting with managing facilities.
 * Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly while prioritizing tasks effectively with strong time management skills
 * Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, organizing files, and maintaining a tidy workspace to promote productivity., * Serve as the primary help desk resource for staff, troubleshooting hardware, software , and basic network issues.
 * Provide timely technical support and training to employees on office systems and applications.
 * Setting up new staff computer network accounts.
 * Analyzing data as needed.
 * Conduct and maintain accurate inventory for company computers and equipment.
 * Assist with general office tasks as needed on the day to day basis.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self starter who enjoys helping others, solving technical issues, managing data and insuring seamless daily operations. This role combines technical support expertise with strong administrative and organizational capabilities.
