## Description

The Logistics Service Desk Coordinator supports daily freight and logistics operations by managing schedules, coordinating appointments, tracking shipment activity, and serving as a primary point of contact for customers, carriers, exhibitors, and internal departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast paced environment., * Schedule and coordinate load dates, delivery appointments, and dock activities

 * Monitor appointment adherence and shipment timelines
 * Answer incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner
 * Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
 * Communicate with customers, carriers, exhibitors, and internal departments regarding freight status and logistics needs
 * Manage activities for multiple loading docks and coordinate dock scheduling
 * Handle freight inquiries and resolve logistical issues in a timely manner
 * Document incidents, track resolutions, and escalate unresolved concerns as needed
 * Provide support through multiple communication channels while maintaining a high level of customer service
