## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Passenger car sales?, * Previous BDC/Internet sales experience required

 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
 * Maintain enthusiasm with high energy throughout the workday
 * Have exceptional customer service skills
 * Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
 * Proficient understanding of the Internet customer base
 * Ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
 * Available to work flexible hours and weekends
 * Professional, well-groomed appearance
 * Must have a clean driving record & valid driver's license
 * Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen, * Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

## Description

* Receive inbound leads through the phone and internet.
 * Develop leads through social media, cold-calling, networking, referrals, and service department customers.
 * Set appointments for prospective customers.
 * Provide expert information on product performance, application, and benefits. Direct customers to product information resources.
 * Contact current customers to maintain customer relations, to offer opportunity to trade in their current vehicle, and to improve overall customer loyalty.
 * Stay up to date with current inventory, sales and advertising campaigns, rebates and incentives offered, and sales forecasts and goals.
 * Stay up to date with current industry and consumer trends
 * Conduct post-sale follow up with customers and follow up continuously with previous leads.
 * Report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives and action plans to increase internet sales effectiveness.
 * Manage any internet sales reps, assist with customer interactions, and ensure sales quotas are being met.
