## About the Role

You will partner closely with software engineering, robotics, mechatronics, controls, systems, quality, manufacturing, and production engineering teams to deliver new capabilities from concept through validation, production release, and customer deployment. The platform is built on ROS 2-based software, computer vision, robotic manipulators, sensors, controls, and automation applications. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with demonstrated project leadership skills and the ability to drive complex engineering programs across multiple teams and development environments., * Bachelor's degree required

 * Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
 * Strong understanding of program/project management principles and methodologies
 * Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Strong understanding of engineering concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively across mechanical and software engineering teams
 * Experience supporting or driving projects involving robotics
 * Ability to collaborate with teams across different regions, including India and the U.S., with flexibility to participate in occasional evening meetings
 * High-level understanding of AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot for reporting and productivity purposes
 * General understanding of robotics technologies
