## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering \n
 * Minimum of 8 years of direct experience developing real-world products from concept to release and after-sales support \n
 * Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical leadership capacity, including mentoring engineers, guiding design decisions, and coordinating technical work \n
 * Design experience in areas such as RF circuits (LNAs, PAs, PLLs, matching, filters), power supplies, and A/D & D/A converters \n
 * Experience with at least one schematic capture/PCB layout package (Altium Designer preferred) \n
 * Experience with microwave test equipment such as vector network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, noise sources, multimeter, and signal sources \n
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
 * Demonstrated ability to lead change, provide constructive feedback, address performance concerns, and support employee development \n
 * Able to work on US Government Contracts which requires U.S. citizenship \n
