This role blends leadership and technical credibility in equal measure. You'll lead a team building custom web applications on a modern JavaScript stack (such as Vue.js, Node.js, and TypeScript), using your technical judgment to set direction, raise quality, and guide architecture, while also growing your people, owning delivery and roadmap execution, and partnering with business and IT stakeholders. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting a team that delivers diverse solutions to stakeholders across our Services organization. The IT Deal Configuration team applies a broad range of functional and technical skills to build and enhance custom applications, which enables our Services organization to intake, solution, and price new Services opportunities. This role is expected to adopt an AI-first mindset, actively leveraging modern AI-powered tools to improve team development speed, code quality, testing effectiveness, and overall delivery outcomes. Success in this position will require close collaboration with leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure strong execution and effective process integration across the business and with external customers.
