## Description

The Senior Technical Consultant - ITAM is responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow IT Asset Management solutions, enabling customers to govern hardware, software, cloud, and enterprise technology assets while improving compliance and cost optimization., * Implement ITAM products including HAM Pro and SAM Pro.

 * Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and design workshops.
 * Configure asset lifecycle management processes.
 * Design software normalization, reclamation, optimization, and compliance workflows.
 * Support technology asset governance and operational excellence.
 * Develop integrations with procurement, CMDB, discovery, and ERP systems.
 * Conduct platform configuration, testing, and deployment.
 * Provide guidance on software licensing and hardware asset management best practices.
