## Description

* Design and implement foundational AI integration frameworks and agentic platforms utilizing Python and Kubernetes.
 * Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, reusable skills, and enterprise-grade AI guardrails.
 * Integrate commercial and open-source large language models with internal services, data lakes, and APIs., * Design, develop, and scale Python-based backend components for autonomous agent platforms.
 * Deploy, manage, and scale containerized workloads within Kubernetes environments.
 * Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools to allow AI agents to securely query databases and microservices.
 * Implement enterprise AI guardrails, output validation, sensitive data scrubbing, and prompt injection defenses.
 * Build automated testing pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs and agent workflows.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate RESTful APIs and Java-based microservices.
 * Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and leadership across engineering initiatives.

This position supports a hybrid telework arrangement, typically requiring one to two days per week on-site.
