* Experience using formal requirements gathering methodologies.
 * Experience conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis.
 * Strong understanding of business analysis principles, practices, and documentation standards.
 * Excellent organizational, communication, and technical writing skills.

Requirements Management:

 * Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
 * Experience developing Functional Requirements.
 * Experience developing User/Stakeholder Requirements.
 * Experience developing Non-Functional Requirements, including:
 * Performance
 * Scalability
 * Security
 * Usability
 * Quality of Service (QoS)

Process Analysis & Documentation:

 * Experience creating workflows using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
 * Experience developing graphic representations of complex business processes.
 * Experience developing Report Specifications, including report purpose, attributes, ownership, and runtime parameters.
 * Experience developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)., Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university OR equivalent professional experience., * Experience working in government or public-sector environments.
 * Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
 * Experience supporting large-scale business process improvement initiatives.
