## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation for Salesforce programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and deployment processes, source control management, release automation, and DevOps best practices., * Design, implement, and manage Salesforce DevOps pipelines and automation tools.

 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications.
 * Manage version control systems, branching strategies, and release management processes.
 * Coordinate Salesforce deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
 * Collaborate with Salesforce developers, QA teams, administrators, and other stakeholders.
 * Troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve pipeline-related issues.
 * Ensure adherence to Salesforce deployment and release management best practices.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
