## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS HR and Financial modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time & Labor.

This role requires strong technical and analytical skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

Must-Have Technical Skills

 * 8+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above.
 * Strong experience with Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
 * Hands-on development experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules:
 + Accounts Payable (AP)
 + General Ledger (GL)
 + Purchasing (PO)
 * Experience with Oracle EBS HR modules:
 + iRecruitment
 + Human Resources (HR)
 + Time & Labor
 * Strong proficiency in:
 + Oracle Forms & Reports
 + Oracle JDeveloper (Java)
 + Oracle Workflow Builder
 + Oracle PL/SQL
 * 8+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Azure DevOps
 * VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial System
 * Power BI Paginated Reports
 * Power BI Desktop Reports and Dashboards
 * Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications, * Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience OR
 * Master's degree with 8+ years of experience., * Hybrid work arrangement with required onsite presence.
 * Strong hands-on Oracle EBS development experience is mandatory.
 * RTR is required for submission.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle EBS Programmer Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2+, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Linux environments, and PL/SQL development., * Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle EBS 12.2+ applications.

 * Support HR and Financial Oracle EBS modules.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
 * Design, develop, test, debug, and implement application enhancements.
 * Perform production support, system maintenance, and administration.
 * Develop and execute unit and system testing and support UAT.
 * Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation procedures.
 * Collaborate with Agile development teams and ensure compliance with coding standards.
