* Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews)
 * Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices
 * Coach teams on Agile frameworks for efficiency and collaboration
 * Manage JIRA boards, dashboards, and Confluence pages
 * Oversee project scope, timelines, and deliverables
 * Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA
 * Work with product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize requests
 * Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles
 * Track, document, and report project progress
 * Ensure project delivery on time and within budget
