## About the Role

* 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
 * 3+ years of advanced SQL experience working with large or complex datasets
 * Experience building and maintaining dashboards and reporting solutions using business intelligence tools
 * Experience analyzing customer, transaction, product, or digital data to measure KPIs and business impact
 * Working knowledge of Python or similar analytical programming tools
 * Strong understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and data quality practices
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences
 * Experience collaborating across product, technology, engineering, and business teams, * Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
 * Advanced degree or relevant analytics/BI certifications are a plus
 * Experience with digital or product analytics platforms
 * Familiarity with A/B testing, test-and-control analysis, cohort analysis, or similar measurement techniques
 * Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project tracking tools, and version control

## Description

Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Data Analyst. Responsibilities:

 * Partner with product and business teams to define KPIs, establish measurement plans, and report on performance
 * Build and maintain datasets and analytical models using SQL and Python
 * Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to monitor business and customer performance
 * Analyze the effectiveness of products, promotions, programs, and initiatives using appropriate analytical methods
 * Combine digital engagement, customer, and transaction data to identify trends, opportunities, and data quality issues
 * Conduct ad hoc analyses, including customer segmentation, engagement, and performance analysis, and present findings to stakeholders
 * Maintain analytics documentation, methodologies, metric definitions, and project tracking to support consistent and reusable reporting
