* 10+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE and enterprise application development (20%)
 * 2+ years of experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI, including AI-enabled development and engineering workflows (40%)
 * 7+ years of experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices (20%)
 * 5+ years of experience with Angular and/or React frontend development (20%)
 * Strong experience with Apache Kafka, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, NoSQL databases, JUnit, Maven, Git, CI/CD, and Splunk
 * Experience building high-volume, scalable, highly available, and distributed applications
 * Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, TDD, Agile, and SDLC
 * Experience coordinating with cross-functional and geographically distributed development teams
 * Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, code review, mentoring, and production support experience
 * Must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
