## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Networking Software Engineer to join a project focused on next-generation DPU platforms for hyperscale cloud, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You will work close to the Linux kernel and networking stack, developing and optimizing high-performance networking software, device drivers, and packet processing solutions. The role combines deep, hands-on C/C++ development with system-level debugging, performance optimization, and close collaboration with hardware, firmware, and architecture teams. If you have strong experience in Linux kernel development, networking internals, and high-performance packet processing and want to work on complex networking solutions at the hardware-software boundary, this role is for you., * At least 10 years of professional experience in networking software development

 * Strong hands-on experience in Linux kernel and device driver development
 * Deep understanding of Linux networking internals, including the networking stack, netdev, packet processing, and performance tuning
 * Proven experience with Ethernet, IPv4/IPv6, TCP, UDP, and high-performance packet processing systems
 * Advanced C/C++ programming skills in Linux environments
 * Strong system-level debugging and performance optimization skills
 * Proven experience in solving complex performance issues in production environments
 * Hands-on implementation experience and ability to take technical ownership of delivered solutions
 * Experience with Git and modern software development practices
 * Very good command of English

## Description

* Developing and maintaining high-performance networking software and Linux device drivers for next-generation DPU platforms
 * Designing and optimizing high-speed packet processing data paths
 * Working with Linux networking internals and hardware acceleration technologies
 * Investigating and resolving complex networking performance bottlenecks
 * Debugging and optimizing networking software in complex production environments
 * Collaborating with hardware, firmware, and architecture teams on system-level solutions
 * Taking technical ownership of implementation and contributing to key architectural decisions
 * Participating in code reviews, system integration, automation, and CI/CD activities
