 * Hands-on experience with Pega Platform, case management, and workflow development.
 * Experience with Pega rules, decision rules, and business process management.
 * Strong knowledge of Pega UI, sections, harnesses, and flow actions.
 * Experience with Pega integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and performance tuning.
 * Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and application optimization.
 * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
 * Experience with enterprise application development and system integration., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * Master's degree is preferred., * Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
 * Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
 * Pega Certified System Architect (CSA).
 * Relevant Pega Platform certifications are preferred.

 * Customize Pega applications based on business requirements.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
 * Optimize application performance and ensure code quality.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and technical teams.
 * Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
