 * Expertise in payroll configuration, elements, balances, costing, and payroll flows.
 * Knowledge of payroll processing, payment methods, and reconciliation.
 * Experience with payroll integrations and data migration.
 * Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL.
 * Strong understanding of payroll-related business processes.
 * Experience with SIT, UAT, parallel testing, and production support., * Candidates must be based in the USA.
 * Strong communication and client-facing skills.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant to support an Oracle Cloud HCM implementation., * Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll implementation and configuration.

 * Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
 * Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, balances, and payroll calculations.
 * Work on payroll flows, payroll relationships, payroll definitions, and payment methods.
 * Support payroll processing, prepayments, payments, and reconciliation.
 * Configure and support payroll costing and integration with Oracle Cloud Financials.
 * Work on payroll-related integrations, data conversion, and migration activities.
 * Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll runs.
 * Troubleshoot payroll calculation issues and resolve functional defects.
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, technical, and integration teams.
 * Support deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
