## About the Role

The ideal candidate is a strong full stack engineer with hands on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems., 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in full stack engineering.

. Strong hands on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.

. Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.

. Knowledge of event driven architecture and RDBMS/NoSQL databases.

. Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and secure engineering practices.

. Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience with Contact Center and/or Workforce Management (WFM) technologies.

. Knowledge of IVR, CTI, SIP, WebRTC, routing, or omnichannel technologies.

. Experience with Apache Kafka or similar streaming platforms.

. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

. Familiarity with JUnit, Jest, Playwright, or React Testing Library.

. Experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or similar AI assisted development tools.
