## Description

* Develop cutting-edge AI integration frameworks and agentic platforms utilizing Python, Kubernetes, and large language models.
 * Design Model Context Protocol servers, safety guardrails, and integration tools to connect autonomous agents with core backend services.
 * Provide senior-level technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on software development., * Design and implement scalable Python backend components for agentic platforms and data lake architectures.
 * Deploy, monitor, and scale containerized applications efficiently within Kubernetes environments.
 * Build Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and reusable skills enabling AI agents to safely interact with microservices, databases, and APIs.
 * Implement enterprise AI guardrails, prompt injection defenses, sensitive data scrubbing, and automated testing pipelines for non-deterministic AI outputs.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate RESTful APIs and Java-based microservices.
 * Mentor engineering team members and lead best practices in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Linux environments.

This position supports a hybrid work arrangement requiring an average of 1-2 days per week on-site.
