## About the Role

## Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and users. The role involves system administration, network support, user management, troubleshooting, security, backups, and ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and IT infrastructure.

 * Administer Windows and Linux operating systems.
 * Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and access controls.
 * Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 environments.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and resource utilization.
 * Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Manage system updates, patches, antivirus, endpoint protection, and security configurations.
 * Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures.
 * Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and system documentation.
 * Support cloud infrastructure and services across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
 * Monitor system and application logs and investigate technical issues.
 * Automate routine administration and maintenance tasks using scripting where appropriate.
 * Support disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
 * Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and infrastructure support.
