## Description

As an AMERICAN SYSTEMS Lead SharePoint SE Administrator, you will:

 * Administer and support three SharePoint farms (development/test and production environments).
 * Monitor system health, performance, and capacity planning.
 * Plan and execute upgrade projects to the latest version of SharePoint, including:
 * Upgrade assessment and roadmap development
 * Infrastructure planning and design
 * Migration of content databases and service applications
 * Testing, validation, and end-user support
 * Manage patching, cumulative updates, and security configurations.
 * Configure and maintain service applications (Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile, etc.).
 * Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues across the environment.
 * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
 * Manage permissions, governance policies, and compliance requirements.
 * Work with SQL DBAs to maintain SharePoint databases.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
 * Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
 * Design, deploy, and manage virtualize infrastructure using VMware vSphere, including ESXI hosts and vCenter Server
