In this role, you will work closely with portfolio leadership, lead cross-functional teams, engage/support our government customer(s), subcontractors, and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. Your focus will be on program integration during key phases such as mission kickoff, early requirements derivation and assigning objectives, supporting assembly, integration, & test (AI&T), conducting mission planning & execution (MP&E), and post-mission data analysis in support of advancing hypersonic missile technology. rn This position involves coordinating efforts across multiple stakeholders, addressing unique challenges, and delivering innovative solutions to meet program objectives in a fast-paced, experimental environment. You will support the implementation of program management best practices, maintain execution cadence, and ensure contract deliverables and reporting requirements are met. rn rn ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: rn rn * Execute daily program cadence (battle rhythm) such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/TIM reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), Gate Reviews, staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments rn * Utilize a robust set of program metrics that accurately measure progress, identifies potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action; lead development of situational awareness charts and performance assessments to enable program success drivers by program leadership teams rn * Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, and Corporate and Business policies and procedures rn * Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations rn * Meet business and contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations rn * Capture and track program/mission actions with support from owners to ensure timely closure of actions rn * Support customer program reviews; prepare for customer visits rn
