 * Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues in a timely manner
 * Create and manage user accounts,, and access rights
 * Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
 * Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems
