* Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Endpoint Configuration Manager
 * Build and deploy application packages through Intune Endpoint Manager
 * Manage and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint systems
 * Handle complex technical issues and escalations
 * Administer Azure and Active Directory environments
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook
 * Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles
 * Monitor support KPIs and recommend system improvements
