## About the Role

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
 * 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
 * An active Top Secret clearance with recent polygraph. The position allows little to no work from home and will require a significant portion or all work to be performed in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).
 * Current CWIP (DoD 8140) certificate.
 * Must live within 1 hour of NBP 410
 * Strong background in DevOps and System Administration
 * Proficiency in the Atlassian tool set: Jira and Confluence
 * Able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.

Desired Skills

 * Familiarity with automated code deployments using tools like Gitlab, ArgoCD, Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS.

## Description

* Coordinate and orchestrate software deployments to operational and test systems while managing system outages and downtime
 * Create and track operational postmortems for failed deployments, operational incidents and operational software rollbacks
 * Brief customer on operational status to include ATO, SSP, product downtime, cyber security incidents, product deployments
 * Provide tasking and direction to team of DevOps engineers
 * Create, manage and coordinate a 24/7 Tier 2 on-call schedule
 * Provide direction to the program for monitoring, alerting and incident response reporting
 * Participate in on-call operations once embedded training completed
