This is not an architect role. 8+ years * Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO): o Hands-on Journey Orchestration experience o Experience building and configuring campaigns/journeys o Strong understanding of how data is used to enable journeys and marketing communications * Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): o Hands-on AEP development experience o Data hygiene/data management experience o Ability to build SQL queries o Understanding of bringing/stitching data together for downstream AJO use * Needs experience with both AJO and AEP, rather than being specialized in only one. * Ability to handle end-to-end technical development, including creation of technical artifacts. * This needs to be a technical/development candidate, not someone whose experience is primarily marketing campaign/template creation. ## Description Insight Global's client is looking for a AJO/AEP Developer to join their team to provide additional support to the existing team members. * Support marketing communications through AJO and/or ACC. * Develop and configure customer journeys and campaigns within AJO. * Work within AEP to manage, clean, query, and prepare the data needed to power journeys. * Build the technical components that allow AJO campaigns to consume the appropriate customer and marketing data. * Stitch data together across sources and help develop the upstream services required to feed AJO. * Create SQL queries within the AEP environment. * Develop and maintain technical artifacts/documentation supporting the solution. * Work with Apigee, APIs, and microservices layers as part of the end-to-end solution. * Work across both CX and AEP functional areas rather than being dedicated to one channel. * Potentially support the upcoming Adobe Campaign Classic to AJO migration. * Add development capacity to the existing team and take ownership of hands-on build work.
