## Description

As a visionary and strategic leader, the Director of Digital Platform Services will spearhead our cloud engineering, deployment automation, developer experience platforms, and foundational landing zones. This role is pivotal in aligning technical strategies across the organization-driving operational efficiency, strengthening security, fostering innovation, and ensuring excellence across our IT infrastructure ecosystem.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

 * Lead the Platform Services team to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions aligned with enterprise technology goals.
 * Define and implement platform engineering strategies, leveraging containerization (e.g., Kubernetes), IaC, and automation at scale.
 * Develop and maintain deployment automation pipelines to accelerate and stabilize software delivery.
 * Drive secure, cost-effective, and resilient multi-cloud infrastructure through cloud engineering best practices.
 * Manage cloud landing zones for consistent, automated provisioning and governance.
 * Oversee platform operations with an SRE mindset-ensuring observability, reliability, and robust incident response.
 * Champion a seamless developer experience with self-service tools and streamlined environments.
 * Lead team development, vendor relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to support continuous innovation.
