 * Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting applications in enterprise environments.
 * Understanding of application resiliency, security, and production stability.
 * Experience working in Agile development environments.
 * Hands-on exposure to enterprise-approved AI-assisted software development tools and responsible AI usage., * Experience with centralized logging, log aggregation, and observability platforms.
 * Knowledge of monitoring and logging technologies such as ELK, Splunk, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools.
 * Experience with cloud platform modernization initiatives.
 * Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture.
 * Exposure to Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
 * Experience supporting distributed systems and cloud infrastructure platforms.
