Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions., * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of systems administration or technical systems support experience, or 7+ years of equivalent systems administration or technical systems support experience. * Experience working directly with customers in a technical support, consulting, or implementation capacity required. * Working knowledge of the transportation, logistics, or software industry preferred. * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. * Experience with SQL, databases, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Azure, terminal server environments, and/or virtualization technologies required. * SQL certification preferred. ## Description The Imaging Systems Administrator ensures smooth operation of McLeod's Imaging systems by executing upgrades, integrations, and system configurations that directly support customer go-lives and ongoing system performance.
