This role will help lead development, modernization, and support of enterprise document management applications, including platforms such as IBM FileNet, IBM Content Manager, IBM Datacap, and IBM WebSphere. The ideal candidate is a senior-level engineer who can stay hands-on technically while also leading design decisions, mentoring developers, and helping modernize legacy document management systems. Must be able to interview in person. Compensation: $135-145K base + bonus Hybrid - onsite 3 days per week Full-Time / Direct Hire **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.
