The Data Coordinator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining program data across multiple systems, including SYNC/Salesforce, Workforce GPS, Bonterra ETO (also known as Social Solutions), and CVue (CampusVue). This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate entry of the participant profile, collecting, attaching necessary documentation, and tracking program milestones. Milestones include enrollment, completion, job placement, and the disbursement of benefits. Benefits may consist of wraparound support received, tuition paid, or emergency financial assistance disbursed. Logging milestones will also include related case notes and uploads of documentation.
