## About the Role

* 5+ years building and operating correctness-critical production systems.
 * Strong Rust and Python skills.
 * Experience building low-latency, high-throughput or distributed systems.
 * Experience with PostgreSQL and Grafana.
 * Able to design and own new components from first principles.

Nice to Have

 * Background in trading, fintech or another correctness-critical domain.
 * Exchange or prime broker integration experience.
 * Experience with hedging, PnL or position systems.

## Description

You'll own the systems that keep the trading operation correct at every level: positions, PnL, instruments, hedging and the real-time data flowing between them. You'll lead venue integrations end to end, own the gamma and delta hedging infrastructure, build self-healing systems that catch and fix discrepancies, and set the technical standards the rest of the team builds against.
