This is a technology-focused call center environment that supports multiple projects simultaneously through inbound and outbound communications, troubleshooting assistance, project tracking, documentation, and system validation activities. This is not a traditional customer service call center role. Support is provided to technicians, vendors, and contractors performing technology implementations.
