## About the Role

* Have experience working in a larger corporate IT department;
 * Preferably have experience working with retail banking products;
 * Have an engineering mindset;

 * Have experience working agile/scrum and have experience with a DevOps way of working;
 * Have a moderate to advanced level of knowledge of the Salesforce Platform;
 * Like to engage with the business stakeholders., We're looking for an energetic and flexible Salesforce Senior Engineer with:
 * Experience designing, building, deploying, and operating Salesforce solutions;
 * Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO level) or equivalent;
 * 5+ years of Salesforce experience;
 * Relevant Salesforce certifications;
 * Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC);
 * Experience with SFDX and cloud platforms, preferably Azure;
 * Experience with AI solutions, preferably Agentforce;
 * Salesforce platform ownership, governance, and administration;
 * Strong focus on quality, adoption, reliability, and documentation;
 * Experience troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with other IT teams;
 * Understanding of integrations, security, enterprise architecture, and connected apps;
 * Managing licenses, storage, certificates, and connected applications;
 * Experience with stakeholder management, audits, and risk management;
 * Willingness to work across a broad range of activities;
 * Fluent English; Dutch is a plus;
 * Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset;
 * Strong communication skills and accountability;
 * A good sense of humor.

You have a T-shaped profile and don't mind to spread your time across several subjects. You spend your time developing, maintaining and testing the applications that support the business processes of our retail bank and our migration towards our future state application landscape. Working agile needs a hands-on mentality; when a user story is done, you check if the requirements are met and you are not afraid to speak up when you need to. You'll also contribute to the integration of Salesforce and related systems into the ABN AMRO system landscape, ensuring alignment across data models, reporting requirements, controls, and business processes while supporting a smooth transition and continued regulatory compliance., As Salesforce Engineer you are part of the Mortgages IT Team within the Retail IT department. This team is a multi-disciplinary team that develops, services and maintains applications for our Retail Bank mortgage departments, with the prime focus on Salesforce. It is a cross-functional team that consists of people with different backgrounds, including business analysts, multiple Salesforce DevOps Engineers and a product owner. Our ambition is to work as a DevOps team that helps our Retail Bank to develop and maintain the applications that will support our customers' in their decisive moments.
