## About the Role

Do you have experience in Training material drafting?, * Two (2) years' experience developing business solutions for an organization

 * Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
 * Excellent attention to detail
 * Knowledge of Navy ERP
 * Experience in creating detailed documentation
 * Experience with O365 Applications (Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, One Drive, SharePoint etc).
 * Secret security clearance

Position Desired:

 * Experience with SAP Enable Now
 * Experience with Navy ERP Success Factors
 * Experience with Naval Identity Service (NIS)
 * Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related field

## Description

* Review account/role requests to ensure compliance with Navy ERP/NAVWAR business rules and DoD Information Assurance policy
 * Process verified account/role requests, monitdor request status, notify requestor of training requirements, confirm requests are accurately processed, and notify user of account changes when request is complete
 * Assist in performing periodic account audits and initiate corrective action when accounts do not comply with policy or business rules
 * Develop and update a variety of account management documentation to include quick reference guides and user management instructions
 * Provide support for user account issues to provide troubleshooting assistance and tracking until resolution
 * Respond to account and user role related data calls
 * Perform training administrative functions for NIWC Pacific Instructor Led Training (ILT) using the WayPoints and Navy ERP SuccessFactors to coordinate instructor availability, schedule courses, confirm pre-requisites & register students, create course rosters, confirm course attendance, and record course completion in personnel profiles
 * Develop and update a variety of training documentation to include quick reference guides and student checklists
 * Provide customer support on Wed Based Training course and other training related issues.
 * Track and manage Naval Identity Services Mover Events, following up with managers to ensure user accounts are approved within the 30 day timeframe.
 * Other duties as assigned
