## About the Role

* Hands-on SAP HCM and Payroll consultancy covering solution design, configuration, project delivery and live service support, * Extensive hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Consultant or SAP HCM Payroll Consultant.
 * Strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly Payroll and associated HR processes.
 * Experience delivering SAP HCM enhancements and projects, alongside live service support.
 * Experience investigating requirements, designing solutions and configuring SAP HCM.
 * Ability to produce functional specifications, solution documentation and WRICEF artefacts.
 * Experience working with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary technical teams.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to estimate work, manage priorities and deliver against agreed timescales.
 * Personnel Administration (PA) and Organisational Management (OM).
 * Employee Self-Services, Time Management and Travel Management.
 * SuccessFactors and country-specific legal changes.
 * Awareness of SAP Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Portals, Security, Integration and UI5.
 * Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Analytics and Concur.

## Description

This is an opportunity for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to influence solution design, resolve complex issues and support the continued development of business-critical HR and payroll systems.

THE SAP HCM PAYROLL CONSULTANT ROLE

As an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, you'll help design, configure, enhance and support existing SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on HR and payroll functionality. Working within an established team, you'll contribute to project delivery and live service support, ensuring solutions meet client requirements and align with industry best practice.

You'll collaborate with technical specialists, client stakeholders and other suppliers to investigate issues, develop effective solutions and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

 * Designing, configuring and enhancing SAP HCM solutions in line with industry best practice.
 * Supporting SAP HCM and Payroll applications across project delivery and live service environments.
 * Investigating incidents, resolving system issues and providing functional support.
 * Producing high-quality technical and functional documentation, including Solution Documents, Functional Specifications and WRICEF artefacts.
 * Working collaboratively within a multi-supplier environment, coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.
 * Liaising with client teams to understand requirements, resolve issues and deliver appropriate solutions.
 * Estimating delivery effort and contributing to project planning.
 * Supporting contractual service obligations and maintaining strong client relationships.
 * Contributing to the ongoing development of SAP HCM solutions and exploring relevant SAP technologies.
