## About the Role

Do you have a valid Professional Engineer license?, Do you have experience in Team development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field

 * Professional Engineering License (PE) required
 * 15+ years of experience in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
 * Minimum 5 years of project management experience
 * Proven success in client relationship management and business development within the transportation sector
 * Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards
 * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MicroStation preferred
 * Demonstrated leadership, team management, and mentorship abilities
 * Strong financial acumen and ability to utilize dashboards, metrics, and data for decision-making

Preferred Background & Skills

 * Master's degree in Civil Engineering
 * Experience with MicroStation and transportation design software
 * Deep knowledge of municipal approvals and public process navigation
 * Experience across Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Allentown transportation markets

## Description

* Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-location team to deliver transportation projects aligned with the firm's mission and values
 * Oversee project execution from planning and safety analysis through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
 * Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service to both public and private sector clients
 * Manage project budgets, staffing, scheduling, and financials, proactively addressing challenges
 * Guide design strategy and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners
 * Prepare compelling proposals, lead client interviews, and advance new business opportunities
 * Support complex public processes, municipal approvals, and industry engagement to strengthen firm visibility
