## About the Role

* Extensive experience leading technical delivery across complex ERP implementations or transformation programmes.
 * Strong software engineering background, ideally with 15+ years of experience.
 * Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer or ERP Technical Lead.
 * Expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, software architecture and cloud technologies.
 * Strong experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps and CI/CD.
 * Ability to work across architecture, design and hands-on technical delivery.
 * D365 Finance & Operations experience is preferred, particularly X++ development, extensions, data entities and integrations. Candidates with technical leadership experience across other major ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle or Workday, will also be considered., We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to drive technical delivery for a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation at a leading entertainment and leisure organisation. This role offers the opportunity to set technical direction, challenge delivery partners and guide a complex enterprise implementation through to successful go-live.

## Description

* Lead technical solution design and architecture across the ERP transformation.
 * Oversee development, integration, deployment and release management.
 * Define engineering standards, technical governance and quality controls.
 * Lead internal engineering teams and third-party delivery partners.
 * Manage technical risks, dependencies and architectural decisions.
 * Drive integrations between ERP and wider enterprise systems, including finance, HR, identity and data platforms.
 * Remain hands-on with development, code reviews and complex technical problem-solving.
